Shipping

Dahlia tubers will ship between April 1 and May 31, 2027.

All dahlia tubers are shipped directly from our farm via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are packed and shipped only when weather and transit conditions are suitable, with the goal of ensuring tubers arrive in excellent condition.

As a small breeder-directed operation, shipping schedules are planned carefully and cannot be adjusted on an individual basis. During the shipping season, we are focused on harvesting, packing, and shipping orders. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions before contacting us with questions regarding shipping dates or estimated delivery windows.

Books

Books ship shortly after your order is placed unless they are marked as preorder or backorder, in which case they will ship as soon as they become available.

Combined Orders

We do not combine separate orders.

While we were happy to combine orders in the past, doing so became increasingly difficult to manage as the farm grew. Combining orders required locating, unpacking, and repacking completed orders, updating invoices, recalculating shipping, and making manual adjustments throughout the shipping process. Unfortunately, this also led to delays and unnecessary opportunities for errors.

To keep shipping as efficient and accurate as possible, we no longer combine separate orders.

Early Shipping

We do not offer early shipping or shipment on specific dates. If you garden in a warm climate and need to plant earlier than our shipping season, we recommend purchasing from a local or regional grower whose shipping schedule is better suited to your growing conditions.
