Hillcrest Suffusion
Flower type: Formal decorative
Height: 3–4’
Staking/support required: Yes
Grower’s Notes:
A beautifully blended coral decorative with a golden wash that seems to radiate warmth. The blooms are around four to six inches across, opening full and balanced with gently reflexed petals that deepen in tone as the season goes on. The color is hard to pin down, sometimes peachy, sometimes more of a glowing salmon with lemon undertones near the center.
Plants are compact and upright, growing to about three or four feet with strong stems and clean foliage. It starts blooming midseason and keeps up a steady pace right through to frost. We've found it to be a reliable cut flower with stems that are easy to work with and blooms that hold well both in the field and the vase.
Hillcrest Suffusion is one of those quiet achievers, tidy habit, great color range, and always looks good no matter where it’s planted. Perfect in borders, mixed beds, or as a steady producer in the cutting garden.
