Grower’s Notes: Soft amber petals with a warm apricot undertone, this one lights up beautifully in the golden hour. Blooms are 5 to 6 inches across with a loose, almost windswept form that brings movement and warmth to the field. It’s not showy in a loud way, but when the light catches it just right, it absolutely glows.
The plant is strong and reliable, reaching four to five feet with good branching and steady bloom production. It starts early and doesn’t slow down. Staking is helpful once it’s in full swing, especially to support the long stems.
Tuber production is solid, and the blooms hold up well in the vase. Bell’s Amber Glow is one of those garden stars that might not scream for attention, but has a way of pulling you in. A favorite for moodier palettes and golden-toned arrangements.
Dahlia tubers will ship between April 1 and May 31, 2026.
