Bell’s La Peche Mode

New introduction for Spring 2025

La Peche Mode is Jana's go-to dahlia for design work and one of my new favorite seed and pollen parents for breeding, so you can imagine the back and forth between us as she looks to decapitate all those beautiful blooms for the shop while I hover around making sure I've got enough left. And it's fair enough because this particular dahlia is so jaw droppingly beautiful. It has an almost metallic sheen to it which make the soft peach tones shimmer. The 4' plant will initially give 1.5' stems and closer to 2' as the season progresses with a good vase life of at least a week to 10 days. The flowers hold well on the plant too and multiple blooms at once make it a great garden addition.
