NEW RELEASE FOR 2026
Bell’s Saltwater Taffy
Height: 4–5 ft
Bloom: 3–4 in
A lively and vigorous plant, Bell’s Saltwater Taffy brings together the best of its parents, Peaches n Cream and Copper Boy. The blooms carry the variegated character and day-to-day variation familiar to PnC growers, while leaning toward the tidy form and coloration of Copper Boy. Petals open with creamy undertones and finish with a soft, lighter coral-pink wash.
Stems are strong, plants grow with vigor, and the blooms hold a nice balance between refined and playful. With its mix of variegated blooms and solid mulberry tones with splashes of creamy blush, Saltwater Taffy bridges two of my favorite breeding lines into something new but familiar.
Grower’s Notes:
This variety produces abundant 3–4 inch blooms on a vigorous 4–5 foot plant. It thrives in full sun with regular feeding and is an excellent candidate for cutting gardens, offering both productivity and charm in arrangements. Variation in bloom tones can occur, adding interest from plant to plant and week to week.
